introduction to online delivery booking system

Dear customer:

Because of the severe contraction in the international cargo market caused by the COVID-19 outbreak, many shipping companies are now scaling back or canceling the voyage, and will even cancel direct voyage.In view of the above situation, the shipping schedule will be extended in the future and the shipping space will be tight.If the customer misses the voyage, the goods will be overstocked in the warehouse and the arrival time at the destination port will be greatly extended. Therefore, it is necessary for the customer to know the situation of the goods in advance, so as to book the container and arrange the shipment in advance.

In order to better cope with the above situation and provide better services to customers, our company will upgrade the warehouse information management system currently in use on August 15, 2020. After the upgrade, the function of "reservation delivery information inquiry and management" will be added. After supplier successfully online booked delivery, customers can online real-time query to the next one to five days booked details of goods (such as suppliers, cartons, volume, etc.),  with the information of the goods , customer can arrange shipment booking container as early as possible, in order to speed up the turnaround time and greatly improve the utilization efficiency of warehouse. Suppliers will be required to delivery according to the time on appointment period, please show the booking to warehouse operator, warehouse no longer write the goods receipt after receiving warehouse, but through mobile scanning bar code print receipt, so warehouse will improve the efficiency of the goods,suppliers can also shorten the time of waiting in line at the same time.

After the system upgrade, all suppliers are required to make online delivery appointment at least 1 day (up to 5 days) before delivery. After the appointment is successful, please make delivery according to the appointment period, or our warehouse may refuse the delivery. The supplier can scan the two-dimensional code and log in the website (www.gz-fff.com) by computer, or search WeChat small program "飞鹏贸易(feipeng trade)" by mobile phone to make the appointment. WeChat will receive the delivery booking information after the appointment is successful.

Please customers cooperate with our storage system after the upgrade, because suppliers online booking must enter the customer's requirement, the warehouse NO. and shipping mark, so after order, the customers must be required to provide the right warehouse NO. and shipping mark to the supplier, and be sure to inform the supplier to deliver AFTER online booking.

In view of the fact that the supplier needs some time to adapt to the online delivery appointment, if the supplier does not make the online delivery appointment on August 15 TO September 15, 2020, our warehouse will still receive the goods. After the adaptation period, our company will receive the goods according to the delivery appointment system.
